M Cat™
High Performance Mining Catalyst

When you need maximum durability for the above and below ground Mining Industry, nothing is more proficient than steel. The M Cat™’s proprietary metallic substrate is based on the world’s first CARB (California Air Resources Board) verified Level II woven stainless steel diesel catalyst. The substrate, designed to withstand thermal shock and extreme diesel engine vibration, is coated with a new proprietary high performance catalytic coating engineered specifically for the mining industry. The M Cat™’s versatility permits it to be manufactured in all shapes and sizes for light & heavy duty applications without backpressure, temperature spikes and over heating concerns.

The M Cat™, as tested by MSHA, on diesel engine powered mining equipment, using on-highway D2 diesel fuel, exhibits significant PM (Particulate Matter) reduction, and excellent reductions in CO (Carbon Monoxide), while NO2 (Nitrogen Dioxide) levels remained within MSHA’s standards.
